What do you want that will make this your best year yet?

Take some time to spin some threads together to weave a wonderful web of positive opportunites. Find a quiet space and focus on what you are grateful for and the abilities and talents that you already have.

Be very specific about writing down what you want. When you eat out at restaurant you choose a dish that has been created with specific ingredients – it’s not just “food”. When you are buying a new car, you are specific about the make, model, colour and price range – so be specific about what you really want. Make a list, perhaps just like you used to for Father Christmas  or for birthdays, when you were younger. Use different colour pens or pencils to create a vibrant word picture.

Why do you want this? For what purpose? By having ……….,  what will it give you?

Give yourself some time to think who or what you have to be to achieve this goal.

Is the goal realistic?

Challenge yourself about any false perceptions you may have that will limit your success. Are you running any old patterns that are holding you back? …….if so, what are you going to do about them? These might be feelings of failure, past conflicts, hurtful relationships or childhood fears. You can choose to rise to any new challenges and believe that you are worthy of success and focus on positive pursuits. A hypnotherapy session will help you to access your subconscious and let go of these fears easily and effortlessly.

Expand your comfort zone with daily challenges and refuse to wallow in setbacks. Use them as a learning experience and choose your mindset.

Choose to have a positive opinion of yourself and ensure that your body language conveys that. Draw yourself up, stand tall and exude confidence. I’m sure you have heard the saying “fake it until you make it”. It has been said that putting a pencil between the teeth sets the muscles of the face into the same position as a smile. When are you going to realize the goal? Set a date, make it realistic.

Virtual Gastric Banding

The Virtual Gastric Band program is not a diet. No foods to buy, no calories or points to count. No weigh ins.

After the first session you will eat smaller portions of anything you want – assuming you are choosing healthier, more nutritious foods than you have been eating in the past.

There are 3 Virtual Gastric Band programs available. From a 4 – 6 week program to a supportive 16 week program, each consists of Hypnotherapy sessions with take home audio programs. The longer programs include coaching and relaxation sessions. The average weight loss is around 1-3kg in the first week and continues at a healthy 0.5 – 1 kg per week after that. The sessions are designed to bring about a permanent change in your eating habits and focuses on  the person YOU want to be.

This is not a short term fix.
Everyone knows that creating new habits takes time and to get to where you want to be and to enable you to remain there, will generally take around 28 days and requires quality support.
